Assemblies
One of the favorite PTO-sponsored activities that students, teachers, and staff look forward to each school year are the assemblies. Examples of previous assemblies include Franklin Institute Traveling Science Shows; African Dance & Drum Troupe; and Theatrical performances.
In the 2025-2026 school year, the students were thrilled to learn how "reading was magic" and in the spring were treated to a fantastic performance from the Walnut Street Theatre!

Our General Assembly Meetings are held monthly in the NPE Library on the second Tuesday of the month - the meetings are open to all parents and guardians of NPE students, and we offer free childcare during the meetings!
